Finally, part of the school has been adapted to give open-air classes, where tables with parasols are set up in the garden so that you may enjoy the equatorial climate while you study.

Colon courses

The Colon courses are divided into ten different levels and the classes are taught in progression, level by level. Each contain a study program specifically designed for beginner, intermediate or advanced students and takes between ten to twelve hours of classroom time. With these courses the student receives sufficient skills to communicate as a tourist in a general Spanish speaking enviroment, such as a hotel, resturant, bank or any other frequented public area.

IE Courses

The principal characteristic of IE courses are that half the time is used for learning grammar in the classroom while the other half is used for practicing through conversations out of the school in short trips to local markets, shops and restaurants. The IE courses are considered by many teachers, students and school directors to be one of the most practical learning systems of today. Its structure makes it easier for students to understand the Spanish grammar so that they can apply their learnings to any Spanish speaking country.
