Galapagos Hopping 5 days / 4 nights

Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer Airport - Los Gemelos Craters - El Chato Reserve / Tunnels

Arrival at Seymour airport on Baltra Island, the guide will be waiting for you to transfer you to the Hotel, located in Puerto Ayora. On the way we will visit two large volcanic depressions known as Los Gemelos, surrounded by a scalesia forest, where the witch birds and finches live. Later we will go to the El Chato Reserve, where we will closely observe the giant tortoises and white herons in their natural habitat. We will also hike through the underground lava tunnels, which were formed by volcanic eruptions.

Day 2: Transfer Isabela - Turtle Breeding Center - Flamingos Lagoon - Tintoreras Islet

Early in the morning, we will go to the pier to take the yacht that will take us to Isabela Island. Disembark in Puerto Villamil, we will visit the Center for Breeding land turtles, we will walk along a path that allows you to be in close contact with turtles of different sizes. We will also visit flamingo lagoon. We will continue with our journey to the Tintoreras Islet, where we will observe a colony of marine iguanas and penguins. Ideal time for snorkelling in the company of tropical fish, sea turtles and sharks. At the end of the day we will go to the hotel.

Day 3: Sierra Negra Volcano - Return to Santa Cruz

After breakfast, we will go to the Sierra Negra Volcano, located at 1124 meters above sea level. We will take a walk along the trail admiring landscapes of incredible contrast between volcanoes and the sea. It is an excellent place to watch finches and warblers, among others. Later we headed towards the port to start our return to Santa Cruz.

Day 4: Florena Island

Departure at 07:45, we will take a boat that will take us to Santa Fe Island, during the tour we will observe in the ravines a forest of endemic giant cacti, colonies of seabirds, such as pelicans, boobies and seagulls in a bay of waters. Free time to swim and snorkel with sea lions, manta rays and tropical fish. We will continue with our tour to Playa Escondida, surrounded by a volcanic arm, ideal for swimming, walking and observing marine iguanas, blue-footed boobies and zayapas. We return to the hotel.

or Pinzon Island

Day of navigation, the guide will pick you up at the hotel to visit Pinzón Island, on the way we will observe blue-footed boobies and frigates. Its crystalline and shallow waters are ideal for snorkeling, to observe sharks, sea turtles, different colored fish and playful sea lions, sometimes you can find penguins. Finally the tour ends with a wet landing at La Fe or Las Palmas beach, a beautiful cove, home to iguanas and sea lions. Return to the hotel.

Day 5: Transfer Hotel - Airport

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to take the return flight to Quito or Guayaquil.
