Arrival at Seymour Airport, on Baltra Island where the guide will be waiting for you, who will transfer us to the hotel located on Santa Cruz Island. In the afternoon we will have time to walk along the Malecon in Puerto Ayora.
After breakfast, we set sail for the southern Galapagos. Disembarking at Puerto Velasco Ibarra, we will go to the upper part of the Floreana Island, we will visit the Galapagueras, the caves of volcanic lava and a source of fresh water. Later we will have lunch at a local restaurant. Then we will continue to Playa Negra to relax and enjoy the beach. We can also snorkel in the company of sea lions, sea turtles and tropical fish. Return to the hotel to take a well-deserved rest.
Departure at 06:30 am, bound for Isabela Island. Arrival in Puerto Villamil, we will visit the Giant Turtle Breeding Center, to learn about the process of raising and reproducing the giant turtles, we will also visit the flamingo lagoon. Lunch at a restaurant on the island. We will continue with our journey to the Tintorera islet, we disembark for a walk along the trail, observation of the shark channel, sea lions, marine iguanas, etc. Return to Santa Cruz Island.
After breakfast, we will head towards Tortuga Bay, an impressive white sand beach, perfect place to swim and relax. At noon we will return to the hotel for lunch.
In the afternoon we will visit the forest of escalecías and the twin craters, located in the upper part of Santa Cruz Island. We will continue with our journey to El Chato Reserve, where we will observe giant tortoises in the wild during the dry season, as well as Darwin's owls and finches. In addition, we will hike through an underground lava tunnel, formed during volcanic eruptions.
Later we will go to the Charles Darwin Station, a place where we can see corrals with Galapagos tortoises that vary in age and family, of the most representative species of the archipelago. Return to the hotel.
After breakfast, we will go to the airport, but not before making our visit to the Twin Craters, an opportunity to take unique photos.
