Limpiopungo Lagoon in Cotopaxi National Park - Shalalá Viewpoint in Quilotoa

Itinerary

Very early in the morning our guide will pick us up at the agreed place to start a day full of adventure, we will visit two of the most important tourist destinations in the country.

We will leave the city and in approximately one and a half hours, we will reach the Cotopaxi National Park.

We will continue in our vehicle and we will go to the parking lot of the Laguna de Limpiopungo, from there we will walk through its paths, appreciate the exuberant vegetation and fauna of the area, accompanied by the stillness of its waters in which it is reflected the majestic Cotopaxi volcano. We will take the most spectacular photographs of the place.

Later we will return to the highway and travel around 2 hours, enjoying the wonderful landscapes of the Ecuadorian mountains, until we reach the town of Zumbahua and take the route that leads us to the Shalalá Viewpoint, an impressive architectural work of wood and glass, from where we can have the most spectacular views of the Quilotoa Lagoon, we will delight you with the beauty of its green-turquoise waters and its fascinating environment. It will be the ideal time for a photo shoot.

After enjoying exciting moments, we will return to Quito.
